Dean Adamek, Executive Director

Denise Adamek, Discipleship Programs Coordinator & Admin Support

Dean and his wife Denise have been married since 1995. Since 2000, they have lived and served at Rancho 3M with their three sons: Taylor, Jeremiah and Daniel. The couple graduated in 1993 from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA, where Dean earned a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and Denise earned a degree in Visual Arts. They have been members of Lakeview Christian Center in New Orleans since the Lord saved them in 1993. As executive director, Dean serves the Rancho 3M leadership team by God’s grace, providing vision and oversight to the Ranch orphanage and our school, Colegio Logsdon (grades K-9). Denise serves in various capacities in the Ranch, particularly in constructing and overseeing the discipleship programs for the children and several various administrative duties, in addition to her work as a homemaker. Luke 17:10 has been a meaningful Scripture to them since they started in full-time ministry in 1998. For more on Dean, see Our Story.

Teo Reyes, Principal of Colegio Logsdon

Lety Reyes, Supervisor of Ranch Operations

Teo and Lety both grew up at Rancho 3M, where Lety arrived as a child and Teo as a teenager. After hearing the Good News of Jesus Christ, they both eventually put their faith in Him. Years later, they came on staff and fell in love, getting married in 2001. They live and serve at the Ranch with their five children: Abigail, Pamela, Ian, Joy and Grace. Their first-born son, Jair, passed away in 2008 after a long battle with cancer. The couple graduated from the Universidad Pedagogica Nacional in 2010 and 2011, both with degrees in education. Teo is the principal of the Ranch school, Colegio Logsdon, where he oversees the daily operations of the kindergarten, elementary and middle schools. He also preaches regularly at our children’s church services. Lety is the supervisor of operations of the Ranch, where she oversees the staff and daily operations. Revelation 21:4 has been a meaningful verse to the Reyes since the death of their son.

Saridd came on staff at Rancho 3M in 2019 as the Financial Secretary/Accountant. Saridd was saved as a young child and has since been growing in her love for her Savior. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer information systems, as well as a master’s in accountancy in 2005. It was through a swerving path that God prepared her to be at a point where she could be led by a straight way to Rancho 3M. It was while working and living at the Ranch where she met her two children, Danna and Gerardo, whom she later adopted. She now lives in Guadalupe with her husband, Jose, and their children. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 107:7-9.
