Orphanage

Since 1969, Rancho 3M has been caring for and discipling at-risk and orphaned children from the city of Juarez and the surrounding communities along the border of Mexico (across from El Paso, TX). We are a Gospel-centered ministry, dedicated to proclaiming the Good News and training up children in the ways of our Lord Jesus Christ. Located on 18 acres in the desert valley of Guadalupe, the Ranch is an oasis of hope for the hundreds of Mexican children who have called Rancho 3M their home many of whom now call Jesus their Savior. For the over 50 years that the Ranch has been in operation, Psalm 27:10 has been a meaningful verse to us, “For my father and my mother have forsaken me, but the LORD will take me in.”

Our Mission

Since its inception in 1969, our mission at Rancho 3M has been “Rescuing, caring for, training and discipling at-risk and orphaned children for the glory of God.”

Rescuing

We receive children from various at-risk situations who have been abandoned, abused or neglected. These children are vulnerable and come to us with a desperate need for love and care, but their greatest need is to know Christ as their perfect father who will never leave or forsake them.

Caring for

These children are received to the Ranch with open arms by our loving Christian staff. They are fed warm, nutritious meals, given their own beds and provided with a clean, safe place to live and learn. At the Ranch, they are given many opportunities to thrive as they play, work, and grow.

Training

Many of our children come to us with very little to no education. We are able to give them a solid, Christian education from kindergarten to 9th grade at our school, Colegio Logsdon. A few of our youth have even gone on to college, which is not common in our area. In keeping with our agricultural community, we also train them in vocational skills such as raising farm animals and growing crops, which can help them provide for their own families one day.

Discipling

At Rancho 3M, children are offered much more than just someone to care for their emotional, physical and academic needs; they are introduced to the one true hope of life—Jesus Christ! Our ultimate goal in all that we do is to point our children to Christ. We pray that every one of them comes to know Him as their Lord and Savior. In addition to proclaiming the Gospel, he has also called us to disciple our children, teaching them and helping them to grow in their relationship with Christ. By God’s grace, the ministry taking place every day at Rancho 3M has born much fruit: since 1969, the Lord has brought many of our children to saving faith. As adults, several of our children are now serving the Lord in part-time and even full-time ministry. Glory to God!
